    As the Manager of Sales Development, you will be responsible for driving a significant portion of the company's revenue, help build and motivate a great team, and develop others in a meaningful way. You will have the ability to question the effectiveness of current processes and procedures in order to lead change to increase the efficiency of our sales force.

    • Coach, hire, mentor, motivate and lead a team of Sales Development Associates
    • Build, adapt and evolve career development and progression plans
    • Work closely with sales management team to ensure metrics are aligned with annual operating plan
    • Help develop and train the future leaders and top performers of the company
    • Maintain and continue to develop sales development culture
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a closing role
    • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred
    • Experience leading a sales development team – ideally teams of 8 or more people

    The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year.
