We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Big Data to join our Beijing office!

What Success Will Look Like:

• Designing, building, and maintaining a suite of algorithms and their underlying systems. These algorithms play a crucial role in the development of our systems.
• Implement end-to-end solutions for real-time and batch algorithms, ensuring their efficient and reliable execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to and promote good software engineering practices, fostering a culture of quality and innovation.

Who You Are & What You've Done:

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in software development, demonstrating a strong foundation in building robust and scalable applications.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with big data frameworks such as Spark, Flink, Hadoop/Hive, or similar technologies, showcasing your ability to work with large datasets and complex data processing pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Scala, Java, Python, or a similar language, allowing you to effectively implement and optimize applications.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an adaptable mindset, enabling you to tackle challenging problems and find innovative solutions in a dynamic and evolving industry.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, where you can prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, allowing you to mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
