Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with game products and responsible for planning and design, coordinating with operational, development, and testing positions to ensure the smooth launch of products, taking responsibility for the final release.
2. Conduct basic research methods (based on user qualitative data or statistical analysis of user data) to analyze and uncover user needs, providing reasonable planning and recommendations in line with the product's business.
3. Independently follow up on research, development, and results.
4. Have a profound understanding of the product workflow, delve into user needs, collect and organize feedback, decompose goals according to product planning, continually optimize the product, and enhance the user experience.
5. Responsible for daily product data analysis, improve user data acquisition, and optimize through iterative data.
6. Collaborate with the operations team to carry out product service work.
Qualifications:
No restriction on gender, 21-35 years old, Degree Holder and above 1 -2 years of product-related experience
1. Deep knowledge of the local BC gaming industry in the Philippines, familiarity with various types of local games rules, and gameplay. Sharp insights into market trends, competitors, and user needs.
2. Operational Experience: Experience in operating local games in the Philippines or similar internet products, familiarity with user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. Capable of devising and executing effective user growth and engagement plans.
3. Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, able to collect and interpret key business data, identify user behavior patterns and market trends, and make decisions and optimizations based on data.
4. English Proficiency: Good English communication skills, capable of effective communication with international teams and foreign users.
5. 5 years or more of operational management experience; salary and benefits negotiable, with preference for experience in operating local games in the Philippines.
