Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web3 Backend Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side infrastructure of our blockchain applications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the robustness, performance, and scalability of our DApps, contributing to the evolution of decentralized technology solutions.

Your Responsibility

Implement and maintain backend integrations with various blockchain networks and services, ensuring seamless interaction between the blockchain and our applications.

Skills and Qualities:

• Development and Maintenance: Architect, develop, and sustain highly performant backend services and APIs, employing Golang as the primary development language. This includes the creation of robust, scalable, and efficient systems that serve as the backbone for our applications.
• Collaborative Engineering: Engage in collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams to accurately comprehend project requirements and effectively translate these into viable technical solutions. This process is crucial for ensuring that the developed services and APIs align perfectly with the envisioned product features and user needs.
• Performance Optimization: Undertake thorough code reviews and system evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Apply strategic code optimizations and architectural enhancements to significantly boost system performance and scalability, ensuring our services can effortlessly handle growing user demand and data volume.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Champion the implementation of automated testing frameworks and practices, committing to high standards of code quality. Leverage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline testing and deployment processes, maintaining a relentless focus on product reliability and user satisfaction.
• Development Process Automation: Actively contribute to the refinement and automation of development workflows, encompassing build processes, deployment routines, and system monitoring. This initiative aims to enhance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and enable a more agile development cycle.
• Issue Resolution: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills by quickly identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues. This responsibility is paramount to maintaining high availability and ensuring a seamless user experience across our services.
• Technical Documentation: Diligently document design rationales, API specifications, and technical solutions to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative learning within the team. This practice is vital for ensuring alignment, facilitating new team member onboarding, and serving as a reference for future development efforts.
• Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Remain abreast of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the backend development and automation spheres.
