    About the role

    As part of a fast-growing tech company, you will join Dashlane's global IT department as a Systems Administrator to help design, implement, maintain and automate processes which will enable Dashlane’s internal IT enterprise systems to scale and meet ongoing demand while working to reduce complexity in existing workflows.     Location

    You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day at your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international).

    At Dashlane you will:

    • Contribute to day-to-day operations across offices - including Windows, OSX, Linux, IT security, JAMF, MS Intune, IT Helpdesk
    • Contribute to new projects by following the IT Roadmap
    • Be part of the onboarding and offboarding processes of our new hires
    • Diagnose and fix employee-related problems related to software or systems access
    • Maintain inventory levels of equipment and proactively manage software licenses
    • Contribute and support IT compliance (SOC, ISO)
    • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in Information Technology systems, software, and environments

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience administering Azure, MDM Jamf / Intune, Gitlab
    • 1+ years experience with IT security solutions and practices
    • 1+ years experience with Terraform, Vault
    • 1+ years experience with CI/CD optimisation - Managing Runners
    • Good understanding of enterprise technology (AzureAD, Linux, Mac, Networking, etc)
    • Proactive, responsive and results-oriented mindset
    • Strong background in automation and scripting
    • Strong customer service mentality

    We're Also Looking For:

    • Preference for finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations
    • Strong organization and project management skills
    • Desire to continue learning additional systems and platforms
    • Experience with SSO Identity management
    • Experience with Python, Bash, Powershell, or other language
    • Experience with Kubernetes
