    About the role:

    Dashlane is currently seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team as we continue to expand. We are looking for someone who is analytical, highly motivated, and can make a significant contribution to our business's success. Your role will involve making strategic decisions that will drive the growth of Dashlane across all departments. As a valued member of our team, you will have regular exposure to key stakeholders, including the Executive Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and refining our short- and long-term operating models and working on various strategic and financial projects. Collaboration with other internal stakeholders, particularly in Marketing and Sales functions, will be crucial to advancing organizational goals and identifying opportunities along the way.

    You will be based in our NYC office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.

    At Dashlane you will:

    • Support essential finance functions: support short- and long-range planning, management reporting, and strategy efforts.

    • Inform strategic initiatives and business planning: Analyze revenue and operations metrics for signals and insights in order to provide guidance and recommendations for complex problems.

    • Improve forecasting accuracy: Build complex financial models to help analyze and forecast current business and new business opportunities.

    • Partner with the business: Tackle hard problems hand-in-hand with internal teams, bringing visibility to data and trends that will help the business achieve its operational and financial goals.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years relevant experience: FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or similar position

    What Gives you an Edge:

    • Strong experience with SQL and/or Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau)
    • Advanced modeling skills with the ability to distill complex decisions into simple but comprehensive financial models
    • High degree of proficiency in Excel required, strongly prefer experience with Tableau and NetSuite
    • Comfortable retrieving data from SQL databases or the desire to learn
    • Strong storyteller: ability to translate data/model output into easily digestible visuals and narratives
    • Customer focus: a service mentality and the ability to partner closely with and actively seek the input and opinions of internal customers.
    • Demonstrates high critical thinking and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail as well as an ability to tackle ambiguous situations
    • Must be a proactive self-starter with exceptional follow-through and the ability to work well independently with minor supervision
    • A proactive growth mindset; coachable, but can also research and learn
    • A mind for business; you understand business drivers and identify options to deliver outcomes
    • Intellectually curious; you don’t accept easy answers and are eager to identify key drivers

    Salary Range: $99,000 - $115,500

    Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. We also include equity in all compensation packages and believe 100% of Dashlaners should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.

We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. *
