Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership and Architectural Design:

1. Develop and design backend service systems for business-related purposes, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
2. Capable of working independently on projects by analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining the systems.
3. Ensure that code adheres to defined standards and best practices for performance, scalability, stability, and quality.

• People Management:

1. Manage and mentor engineering teams, guide their growth, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
2. Cultivate an environment that promotes individual and collective excellence, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.

• Development and Coding:

1. Collaborate in the creation of pivotal features, providing astute technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-caliber code.

3. Pioneer the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, with a strong emphasis on automating testing and deployment processes, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the developmental workflow.

1. Lead efforts in performance optimization, including performance tuning, database optimization, and advanced caching strategies, to elevate system performance.

• Technical Knowledge Sharing:

Qualifications

• Experience:

1. 5+ years of backend experience in enterprise application services, with a preference for candidates who have experience in managing teams.
2. Preferred candidates with backend experience in finance, payment, billing, or accounting industries.

• Technical Skills:

1. A solid foundation in at least one backend framework such as .Net Framework, .Net Core, Java/Spring, capable of writing high-quality code using the framework.
2. Experience with data modeling and system design for e-commerce or financial scenarios is preferred.
3. Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices implementation, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
