AP Accounting Specialist (Part time) - Splashtop Inc.｜Meet.jobs

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounts Payable Accountant. 

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring that our company’s bills are paid accurately and on time.

▲ What will you do in this role: 

• Invoice Processing: Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization. 
• Payment Management: Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. 
• Vendor Management: Maintain and update vendor records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries. 
• Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. 
• Expense Reporting: Process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies. 

▲ Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or a similar function.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. TOEIC Score: 850 or above 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with [specific ERP system, e.g., SAP, Oracle] is a plus). 
• Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
