As the Senior Member Growth Marketing Manager (Payer) you’ll inspire, educate and activate women, men & families to access exceptional care for fertility & family building, maternity & newborn care, parenting & pediatrics, and perimenopause & menopause. This role will report to the Head of Member Growth Marketing (MGM).
As Senior Member Growth Marketing Manager (Payer) at Maven, you will:
- Own enrollment success for the health plan channel, working with external partners to craft effective, timely marketing plans to achieve established goals
- Develop and execute short and long-term strategies to grow membership and retain existing clients
- Scale the development and deployment of marketing packages by customer segment to drive and measure industry-leading enrollment rates; Ideate new ways to make the strategy and execution for Health Plans faster and more effective
- Build employer and payer marketing plans to maximize enrollment impact at launch and throughout the year
- Set the marketing strategy for the health plan channel and identify opportunities to drive enrollment leveraging both health plan and employer communication channels
- Analyze impact of strategies and campaigns, using data to iterate and improve on future outreach
- Partner with Sales and Client Success to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Work with the Head of of Member Growth Marketing to establish OKRs, track progress and develop reporting
- Serve as the subject matter expert internally and externally for driving health plan enrollments
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a client marketing role at a B2B2C company with direct client-facing experience
- Experience working with health plans
- A “driver” who adeptly partners with internal and external teams to drive swift progress and action toward our company enrollment goal, and resolves any ambiguity to do so
- Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
- Experience creating campaigns and experiences that create customer champions and brand advocates
- Exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to strategically translate research and insights into actionable marketing plans
- Strong level of ownership to achieving enrollment goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Braze, Looker, Canva, Asana, Figma, Webflow or similar tools
- Experience with people management
- Start-up experience
For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $128K - $150K per year. You will also be entitled to receive bonus, stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
