Job Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term growth and development strategies for the company's human resources.
- Monitor trends and changes in relevant labor laws and promptly adjust internal regulations and policies accordingly.
- Plan and implement recruitment, employment, and talent training systems in line with the company's growth direction.
- Plan and promote performance and compensation systems to maintain the company's competitiveness and retain talent.
- Recruit and plan for domestic senior and overseas talents.
- Manage the human resources department, providing guidance and support to the team to ensure goals are achieved.
Requirements:
- Excellent strategic planning and communication skills.
- Over 5 years of experience as a human resources manager.
- Educational background: Open, human resources background preferred.
- Language proficiency: English and Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience in driving organizational transformation.
- Familiarity with talent markets in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
- Prior experience as an HR manager or executive in a foreign technology company.
- HR experience is essential; additional experience in finance, legal, project management, or any other management roles is plus.
Salary range
Guaranteed annual salary of TWD 3,000,000 in the first year
