1.  A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with evidence of leadership roles and strategic contributions, preferably in the medical device industry.

2.  Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.

3   Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

4.  Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders.

5.  Proficient in advanced project management software and tools.

6.  Comprehensive understanding of medical device regulations and industry standards.

7.  Language proficiency: English and Chinese (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
