Engineers on the Audience Growth team have a unique opportunity to build experiences that are interacted with by millions of people every day. We work on a wide variety of projects including enhancements to existing products, like Klaviyo’s best-in-class Sign-up Forms product, as well as greenfield projects. How You Will Make a Difference:
- Take ownership of feature development, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with product requirements, successful deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
- Mentor more junior team members and help foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Proactively propose and implement improvements to the codebase and development processes.
Must haves
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer, with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Expert-level proficiency in React and Typescript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern backend technologies.
- Familiarity with relational databases.
- Experience working on customer-centric and product-driven teams.
- Experience working in a cross team capacity with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication is a must.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapid iterations.
Nice to haves
- Experience with Python.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
