The Partner Marketing team is responsible for acquiring, engaging, activating, and delivering partner sourced revenue to the business by marketing to and through our services partners. As a Partner Marketing Field Manager, MM, you’ll execute events for our partners or hosted with our partners in the Mid-Market segment. Reporting to the Director of Partner Field, you’ll collaborate with partner marketing’s segment lead on field marketing strategy and tactics.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Increase MM pipeline by creating in-person experiences that foster co-sell opportunities with our partners
- Increase MM partner acquisition and activation by meeting our partners in the field and selling them on the benefits of Klaviyo Partnerships to their business
You'll be Responsible for
- Managing partner participation in industry events
- Hosting workshops and bootcamps with our enablement team
- Overseeing co-created field marketing plans with priority partners
- Executing approved partner event requests for your segment
- Coordinating on cross-functional field opportunities with Klaviyo Events, Community, and the broader MM segment team
- Driving partner event promotion, attendance, and follow up
- Managing internal communication, briefing and cross-functional execution for each event
- Overseeing lead management, and Salesforce uploads for event attendees
You'll Collaborate on
- Segment strategy for mid-market partners
- Cross functional sales-plays trade shows, and brand events
- Reporting, attribution and ROI analysis for partner field programs
Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Partner Marketing and/or Event Marketing, with a focus on agency and/or technology partners.
- SaaS/MarTech-based experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing partner marketing acquisition, activation, and/or sales acceleration events.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Works independently and takes ownership of events, from inception and creation to sales enablement, execution, and results tracking.
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs.
- A solid portfolio of partner marketing events is a valuable asset.
- Possesses a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to "figure it out" and execute with minimal direction.
- Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude, consistently delivering on commitments and driving projects from concept to completion.
- Capable of navigating ambiguity while maintaining a clear focus on achieving business objectives.
