▲ What will you do in this role?
- Remote support (Splashtop Japan Office) desktop administration includes system provisioning, software installation and helpdesk.
- Manage Japan office endpoints by following Splashtop Security Policies and guidelines.
- Support Splashtop IT & Security projects along with other regions.
- Troubleshoot problems by analyzing root causes and evaluating solutions.
- Asset management includes procurement, tracking and e-waste.
▲ Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology related field.
- Good understanding about modern cybersecurity trend.
- Knowledge and experience working on computer hardware, software, and systems.
- Team player.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to co-work on projects.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Willing to take on new challenges and grow with the team.
- Complete task and deliver result in timely manner.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin (must have).
- Able to travel international.
