Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from vision and planning to execution and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical and product requirements that balance technical details for developers with clear summaries for executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings to ensure alignment with technical and product goals.
- Work with technical teams to identify, evaluate, and choose the best solutions, considering trade-offs, feasibility, and potential for innovation and improvement.
- Continuously monitor product performance, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications, to support operations and ensure products meet all operational requirements.
What we expect from you
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related roles in a B2B SaaS environment; experience with Integrations and Partnerships is a huge plus.
- Proven track record in managing payment-related products and using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and product development; ability to to discuss in detail the features and products built in the past.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders and manage Enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business partnerships to enhance product offerings and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired.
