    We are FRDM (pronounced free•dom), an enterprise SaaS company that is transforming how businesses monitor and mitigate social and environmental risks in their global supply chains. Our first target is helping companies identify and address modern day slavery and child labor issues using big data, machine learning, and AI.

    We’re looking for a mission-driven Digital Marketing Manager to work directly with our CEO to build out our marketing strategy and execute to create new sales leads. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual to make stuff happen. You must be able to manage multiple priorities, foster a collaborative environment, and take ownership of your outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with leadership from product, sales & customer success to define our digital marketing plan.
    • Roll up your sleeves and execute on the digital marketing plan.
    • Oversee all digital marketing funnels: create, edit, and curate content, ads, landing pages, and email.
    • Own the blog, marketing site, SEO audits, content calendar, HubSpot, PPC, email, and social media.
    • Identify new growth opportunities and experiment to see which ones improve key metrics.
    • Manage digital marketing budgets and campaigns to increase qualified leads for the sales team.
    • Monitor key metrics and reinvest in areas that are driving growth – continually optimizing funnels.
    • Design sales collateral, case studies, presentations, and custom proposals for prospects.
    • Coordinate ad hoc graphic design for swag, conference banners, and flyers.
    • Perform or manage ad hoc video editing for testimonials, demos, and promotions.
    • Collaborate with industry partners on co-marketing opportunities (guest posts, podcasts, etc).
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer’s problem.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry (bonus if in GRC Governance Risk Compliance industry).
    • Proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies and campaigns in a technology/SaaS environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
    • In-depth understanding of SaaS business models, target markets, and customer personas.
    • Ownership mindset. Takes responsibility for outcomes.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
    • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms. (hubspot, semrush, google analytics)
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends including emerging AI marketing tech.
    • A passion to solve big business problems and big societal issues like child and forced labor.
