工作內容

As a Product Owner in Titansoft, you define what success looks like towards our business goal!

1.  Translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to understand the product vision and inspire them to deliver exciting and actionable solutions
2.  Driving the lean growth process end-to-end: Research, growth models, prioritisation, experiment design, delivery and post-analysis
3. Formulate new hypothesis and discover product opportunities by conducting user behavior and performance analysis
4. Fully understand the UX, from design to drop-off, how various segments behave, and identify leverage points
5. Work with key stakeholders across the company and our partners to ensure successful product delivery
6. Executive assignments by upper management
7. To be on-call based on project needs

【Qualification】
1. Experience in software product management for at least 2 years
2. Comfortable working in cross functional team with sometimes ambiguous priorities
3. Drive end-to-end product development
4. Experience in product operations and handled production issue

【Skills】
1. Data-driven attitude that is able to understand our market trends and translate them into business opportunities
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in English

【Related Experience】
1. Experience in software development industry for at least 2 years.
2. Exposed to Agile software development for at least 1 year.

【Other Requirements】
1. Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS office
2. Eager to learn, self-motivation, team player and have got things Done mindset
3. Independent thinking ability to evaluate item value and arrange the priorities.
4. Must be able to work in high-stress situations.
5. Good data analysis skills and logic thinking.
