    About the Role

    Reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, this Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the launch and monitoring of new payer and partnership initiatives, with a strong emphasis on designing and optimizing revenue cycle processes. This individual will be responsible for both high-level problem-solving and detailed workflow implementation.

    This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, strategic thinking and deep analytical work, experience in healthcare payer operations and revenue cycle management, and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.     Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting leading end-to-end transformation (process, technology, and people)

    • Experience building processes and utilizing tools (Salesforce, AMD, payer portals (e.g., Availity) etc.) to drive optimization

    • Experience applying structure, prioritization and effective communication to solve problems not just for the current state, but also predict future need

    • Experience writing deliverables that are concise and clear for technical and non-technical audiences

    • Experience applying data and modeling to track performance (data visualization) and drive business decisions

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Healthcare or start-up experience

    • General knowledge of payer / insurance landscape, particularly reviewing and implementing requirements for healthcare payer contracts

    • Experience using data analytics with proficiency in Google/Excel (required), SQL (nice to have), Looker (nice to have)

    • Tech Savviness/Natural technical aptitude/Fluency with Google Suite, Salesforce, ZenDesk, AdvancedMD/EHR, or similar platforms
