    About the Role

    We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager - Provider to enable continued growth of Rula’s base of therapists and psychiatric providers through digital acquisition channels. This person will craft the audience and campaign strategy and own the execution for paid digital channels such as SEM, paid social, display and video. To be successful, this person will need to be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong data analysis skills and be an effective collaborator with both internal cross-functional teams as well as external partners. This role will work closely with provider sales, revops, and provider strategy & operations and will be a crucial top-of-funnel link in helping Rula maintain healthy marketplace balance between patient demand and provider supply at a state level.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of marketing experience dedicated to managing multiple paid channels such as SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

    • Hands-on-keyboard experience managing digital channels

    • Experience with analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, revops, operations, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years working at a high growth startup

    • B2B or B2SMB experience

    • Experience recommending and / or implementing B2B tooling

    • Experience managing agency partners
