About the Role
We’re seeking a Provider Success Associate to join the growing Provider Success Team at Rula! After a therapist has chosen to join the Rula network, our Provider Success Associates (PSAs) are responsible for strategically guiding them through a thoughtful onboarding experience and beyond. Rula therapists should feel like a human whom they know and trust has their back at Rula, all thanks to the PSA Team. As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll partner with therapists to help them achieve their goals and grow their practices, building trust through meaningful interactions throughout their journey. Examples include ensuring their caseload goals are met and monitoring core metrics on a therapist’s progress with Rula.
Required Qualifications
Equivalent of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields.
Experience working in an external customer facing role where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial
Experience working in cross-functional professional environment with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience maintaining an individual book of business independently, requiring strong organization skills for success
Experience understanding, interpreting and communicating key metrics

CRM Experience (preferably Salesforce)
