Position Summary:
The Creative Director, Performance Marketing will be responsible for inspiring and leading the development and execution of the EarnIn brand positioning and strategy. They’ll build integrated, brand-centric campaigns that will drive user acquisition, engagement and retention across all the growth channels.
This role will partner closely with the Growth team and Creative production counterparts to drive the conceptualization, development, and execution, of creative across growth marketing channels. They’ll co-pilot the creative strategies and campaigns, lead creative testing and collaborate with internal teams on improving and optimizing creative performance. They’ll also partner with Product Marketers to develop messaging for new products and features.
This role will report to the Creative Director.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 - $226,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in our Palo Alto offices two days per week.
