CTO/Technical Cofounder - Berkan (Berk) Hiziroglu:
Berkan Hiziroglu is a highly experienced technical leader with an impressive background in software development, notably at Amazon where he led robust software teams. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Electronics Engineering and Computer Science from Koc University, and a master’s degree in Computer Science from Brown University, specializing in AI, NLP, ML, and Computer Vision.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Founding Senior Software Engineer to join our core team. This is a unique opportunity to help build our AI-powered platform from the ground up and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative health tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of the core architecture for the Xenios platform, including AI-driven features.
Develop scalable, secure, and efficient web applications using JavaScript, React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
Implement AI capabilities such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and personalization engines.
Integrate machine learning models to enhance user experience and optimize wellness outcomes.
Implement best practices in coding, testing, and documentation to ensure a high-quality codebase.
Collaborate with the founding team to define the technology stack, tools, and workflows.
Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless implementation of designs and user experiences.
Integrate third-party APIs and services, including AWS and other cloud solutions (optional but beneficial).
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, especially in AI and health tech, to keep our platform cutting-edge.
Requirements:
Strong experience with JavaScript, React, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
Experience with AWS (optional but a great plus).
Proven track record in building and scaling web applications, including AI-driven solutions.
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a bonus.
Ability to create intuitive and responsive web applications with an emphasis on performance.
Experience working closely with UI/UX teams to bring designs to life.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive impact on people's lives.
A GitHub profile, personal website, or portfolio showcasing your coding skills and project experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the health tech industry or familiarity with health and wellness platforms.
Previous experience in a founding or senior engineering role at a startup.
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in health and wellness is a strong plus.
