WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide cross departmental/enterprise IT systems support, application support, and advise end users
- Inventory management, user hardware and software release, remote onboarding/off-boarding
- Manage the administration of key systems and applications
- Maintain infrastructure and cloud operations for SaaS products
- Maintain documentation for applications, processes, and procedures
- Provision, manage, monitor SaaS platforms
- Work with the Director of IT to research, test, evaluate, and make recommendations about new technologies and support any implementation of new products
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of startup experience
- Enterprise level web/SaaS applications
- Strong security knowledge (SSO, SAML, SCIM) and ability to keep up with evolving security technologies
- Apple products, Google Suite, SaaS and cloud-based support and administration experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in NYC preferred, but not required
- Understanding of Cyber Security and standards
- Very strong communication and organizational skills
- Nice to have: programming, Github knowledge, Network Administration (switches, WAPs, firewalls)
- Okta certifications
- Prior knowledge of Jamf and Jira Service Desk
Salary Range: $123,200 to $154,000
