We are looking for a founding Senior or Staff Solutions Engineer as part of the Partnerships vertical of Grow Therapy. You’ll run demonstrations and scoping calls and be a trusted advisor for health plans and health systems. As a critical partner to the business development and product teams, a Solutions Engineer will act as connective tissue between Business Development, Product, and Enterprise Partners.
Salary range: $130,000 - $200,000
Business Development
- Serve as the go-to technical expert in partner interactions, working closely with stakeholders across all levels—Product Managers, Business Development and Engineering.
- Provide end-to-end guidance on health care integrations, helping partners shape their integration approach and recommending the best solution based on partner needs and development capacity.
- Assess a wide range of partner opportunities based on business value and impact, and funnel opportunities to the Product team as candidates for the product prioritization.
- Showcase prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and live demonstrations to illustrate the capabilities of the Grow Therapy integration ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of solution assets, including playbooks and demo materials, to equip the Business Development team for success.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, offering actionable insights on product challenges, resource needs, and opportunities to enhance alignment across teams.
- Partner with Sales to ensure technical and business priorities are aligned, supporting revenue goals while delivering tailored client solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to improve offerings and ensure alignment with market demands and client expectations.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 7+ years of experience, with 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or solutions consulting.
- Technical Aptitude: You have the ability to understand and speak to the technical details of a health care API products. Including the ability to field questions from third party development teams.
- Healthcare Experience: You have experience leading healthcare integrations. You are familiar with with HL7/FHIR protocols and leading EHR systems (e.g. Epic, Athena)
- External Relationship Builder: You have the ability to instill confidence in external partners quickly during product demonstrations and initial business development meetings.
- Business Impact Intuition: You are able to assess a number of opportunities for their short term and long term value and share that POV with Product teams to help inform roadmap prioritization.
- Program Management: You have experience program managing solution implementation and initial launches by coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
