主要職責

• 產品功能開發: 參與韌體、BSP（板級支援套件） 和設備驅動程式的設計、開發、除錯與測試。確保所有功能符合高穩定性、高效能及高可靠性的標準。
• 韌體問題追蹤與解決: 主動識別、記錄並解決韌體相關問題，涵蓋產品生命周期中的各個階段。同時實施即時解決方案與長期改進措施，維護產品的質量與完整性。
• 製造支援與測試治具開發: 開發並維護軟體驗證工具與測試治具，優化量產流程。確保製造流程順暢，並在每批次生產中維持一致的產品質量。
• 部署與設備群管理支援: 為大規模部署提供穩健的遠端服務、診斷測試與問題排除。維護產品效能標準，確保順利整合並穩定長期運行。
• 團隊與流程優化: 協助改進團隊工作流程，促進透明化與效率提升。積極參與技能培養與領導機會，支持團隊成長並實現共同成功。

Key Responsibilities

• Product Feature Development: Collaborate in the design, development, debugging, and testing of firmware, Board Support Packages (BSPs), and device drivers. Ensure that all features meet high standards of stability, performance, and reliability.
• Firmware Issue Tracking & Resolution: Proactively identify, document, and resolve firmware-related issues throughout the product lifecycle. Implement both immediate solutions and long-term improvements to maintain product quality and integrity.
• Manufacturing Support & Test Fixture Development: Develop and maintain software verification tools and test fixtures to optimize mass production processes. Ensure streamlined manufacturing workflows and consistent product quality across production runs.
• Deployment & Fleet Management Support: Provide robust remote servicing, diagnostic testing, and troubleshooting for large-scale deployments. Uphold product performance standards to ensure seamless integration and dependable long-term operation.
• Team & Process Development: Contribute to the refinement of team workflows, fostering transparency and efficiency. Engage in ongoing skill development and leadership opportunities, supporting the team’s growth and collective success.

資格要求

• 擁有電腦科學、資訊工程、電機工程、電子工程相關學士或碩士學位，或具備同等經驗。
• 具備嵌入式 Linux 的建置與套件管理知識。
• 熟悉核心模組與驅動程式開發。
• 了解物聯網（IoT）通訊框架。
• 認同結對程式設計、測試導向開發，並熟悉現代測試方法。
• 具備電路設計經驗，能閱讀及理解電路圖。
• 熟練使用 C/C++、Python 和 Shell 腳本語言。
• 具備網路通訊相關知識（TCP/IP、UDP、Socket 和安全通訊）。
• 具備優秀的溝通能力，能與技術及非技術人員順暢溝通。
• 願意主動接受並提供建設性反饋。
• 具備自我管理與時間規劃能力，能有效完成工作優先排序。

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degre in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• You have knowledge of the Embedded Linux build and package management.
• You are skilled with kernel module and driver development.
• You are familiar with IoT communication frameworks.
• You embrace paired programming, test-driven development, and modern testing methods
• You have experience with electrical designs, reading, and understanding schematics.
• You are familiar with C/C++, Python and shell scripting.
• You have a working knowledge of network communications (TCP/IP, UDP, sockets, security).
• You have the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You are able to give and accept feedback.
• You can self-manage and prioritize time.

• 具備專業英語能力，能流暢地進行工作溝通。
• 有帶領團隊經驗，並熟悉建立團隊最佳實踐流程。
• 曾參與 GitHub 個人專案、黑客松或開源專案，請展示令你自豪的作品！
• 具備雲端基礎架構部署經驗（如 AWS、Heroku）。

Preferred Qualification

• You have at least 3 years of experience in embedded software/firmware development
• You speak English at a professional level
• Experience guiding teams and establishing best practices
• You have personal GitHub pages projects, hackathon participation, open source contributions… show us something that you’re proud of!
• You deploy your work using Cloud Computing infrastructure (AWS, Heroku)
