About the Role

As a Growth Hacker for FormX.ai, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through creative and data-driven strategies. You will identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across digital channels, using your marketing expertise, analytical mindset, and passion for experimentation to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of achieving rapid growth for SaaS products. Success in this role will be measured by Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Exponential Growth leading to visible business results: via Content Marketing, SEO, social media, PR, or other growth hack strategies.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify growth levers and optimize marketing efforts.
• Product Marketing: Develop a strong product positioning and go-to-market strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
• Experimentation and Testing: Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics such as conversion rates and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our reach and acquire new users.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.

What we are looking for in you

• Background in B2B SaaS Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 1+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or related role, preferably in fast-growing SaaS startups.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
• Familiar with AI automation tools such as n8n and vibe-coding software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written English;
• Not required, but a big plus if you have:
  • Experience in growing traffic for products which target software / IT decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Managers, Product Managers, Developers, etc.
