Our solution intelligently extracts data from any document—such as invoices, receipts, application forms, and KYC documents.
We're seeking a Channel Partners Manager to develop and nurture channel partners.
You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing our network of channel partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs), System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Technology Consultants.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B SaaS Channel Sales. Your KPI will be measured by number of SQLs and revenue generated from Channel Partners sales.
Besides FormX.ai, this position could also cross-sell other products of the company (e.g. Authgear.com).

Responsibilities

Recruitment of Partners: managed the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach, contract negotiation and onboarding, to meet and exceed sales targets.

Partner Enablement & Sales Materials: deliver onboarding and pre-sales support to ensure partners are experts in selling and supporting FormX.ai; Make sure necessary sales and marketing materials are prepared for partners.

Relationship & Performance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, conduct Regular Business Reviews to track performance against goals, identify challenges and new opportunities.

Generate Partners-Driven Revenue: Actively work with partners on co-selling opportunities, manage the incentive of partner, forecast and report on channel sales pipeline and revenue.

Collaborate Internally: Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Product Manager to ensure alignment with partners and customers. Provide partner feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help shape future roadmap and GTM strategy.
What we are looking for in you
- At least 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales, or Business Development with B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of Partner Economics and B2B Sales Cycles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skill with a natural ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, organized, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Competent written and spoken English language skills.
- Ability to fully grasp and understand our software products to present to clients in software IT.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in the AI, document processing, RPA, or data capture industry
- Experience in a fast-paced company / startup.
- Technical aptitude to understand and clearly articulate the capabilities of FormX.ai’s API and integration potential
