What is the Digital Marketing Manager Role?
As Digital Marketing Specialist you will grow and optimize Gravity’s digital channels to build awareness, attract new leads and nurture those leads in to paying customers. You’ll be an integral part of the Marketing & Growth Team, using automation tools and digital channels to achieve Gravity’s lead generation and sales goals.
Energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness are not optional attributes for this role. We are looking for someone who is an experienced and self-sufficient digital marketer, comfortable writing short and long form copy in English and excited about being a part of a fast-growing technology company.
What you’ll be doing…
- Take ownership of increasing lead generation and improving ROI month over month via digital channels.
- Handle digital marketing projects working cross-functionally with senior leadership and product, design and sales teams.
- Develop lead nurturing, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns
- Lead website conversion, testing and optimization working closely with the website designer & developer to execute.
- Research and understand the buying cycle – manage the communication strategy for each stage.
- Write email blasts, social media posts and occasionally website copy or other projects to support digital marketing efforts.
- Research, propose and plan new channels and tactics that will help to achieve organizational business goals.
- Own and maintain monthly reporting and analysis, website analytics, key metrics and campaign reporting identifying areas that work well and areas that need improvement.
- Constantly look for areas to improve efficiency using automation and process improvements.

- Have a passion for Digital Marketing and making things grow.
- 1-3 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or a related role. B2B or SAAS experience is a huge bonus.
- Knowledgeable in these skills and tools sets: SEO, Email Campaigns, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation, A/B Testing, Google Adwords and Analytics.
- Intelligent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result oriented, innovative
- Fluent in written and spoken English – this is necessary. You need to feel comfortable writing for an English-speaking business audience.
BONUS POINTS for a background and /or experience in these skills, systems and tools: Hubspot Marketing, SEM, Social Media Marketing
