Job Description
1. Responsible for annual event planning, time table organizing, and budget planning which reports directly to HQ in Taiwan.
2. Build community for local internet celebrities/KOL in purpose of successfully assisting them to sell products online.
3. Build the ecosystem around our service, and maximize the benefit and effectiveness with our partner
4. Participate as a communication bridge between local community and the Shoplus team.
5. Responsible for local contract/agreement/documents management.
6. Mentoring less-experienced team members and performing leadership when the local team grows.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Offline/online event?Activities Planning: Regularly organizing meetup/workshop and annual event with web celebrities/KOL.
2. Market Research: Organize user comments/feedbacks systematically and bring suggestions/solutions to Taiwan HQ.
3. Online content creating?Understand brand spirit and generate attractive articles, and build your content-provider alliances.
4. Collaboration?Any possibility to reach a wider customer base and leverage the influence of our brand, to develop and execute campaigns that integrate seamlessly.
Required Experience and Skills :
-Fluent in both English and Thai.
-At least 2 years’ experience in E-commerce.
-Strong ability to organize and multitask. Self-motivated and result-oriented.
-Analytical, calm and actively with problem solving.
Plus?
-Has entrepreneur experience or spirit.
-Marketing or Marketing Communication experience is helpful.
-Familiar with product-selling process on FB / Instagram.
-Familiar with e-Commerce and web celebrities/KOLs.
-Experience with Google Analytics or other performance reporting programs/software.
-The uncanny ability to see opportunities and solutions when facing challenges.
-Strong desire to help growing a foundational department as a true team player.
