Responsibilities:

Manage interactions with users on Telegram, Reddit, Bitcoin Talk, Twitter, and other social platforms
Develop strong relationships with OKEX users, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner and to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experiences
Summarize insights, comments and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing and PR team on setting and implementing social media and amplification plan to drive awareness and build an online community and manage/update the database
Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
Deliver important feedback from the community feedback to the QA and product teams
Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging
 Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Journalism / Communications or related disciplines
3+ years of experience in developing digital and social media strategy
In-depth understanding of different digital and social channels
A good understanding of the latest digital and social media trends
Work experience in cryptocurrency exchange is a PLUS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be native in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be beneficial
Passion for Blockchain, Building Businesses, Fintech, Financial Markets.
