We're a fairly Lean Startup that has grown at a rapid rate due to the consistent excellent delivery of our Services to all of client to date and as such we're now needing to expand due to demand & organic Growth!
Our services are fairly Technical as they involve SEO onsite & Offsite tasks, SEM via Facebook, LinkedIn, etc and an increasing focus on generation & research of dynamic Digital Content across the APAC Region. and now we're looking for a skilled candidate to continue to develop relationships with our existing/growing Client pool here in HK and beyond.
Key to the success of this role is having the level of care to really want to go the extra mile & continually satisfy Clients, building and nurturing those relationships & being the key point of contact.
We're a small team, but we're a great one too - so it's vital that you're positive, eager to learn.....and fail and really care for the Growth of the Business. If you've a love for B2B Client Satisfaction, an interest in the Methodology of Project Management and enough personality to influence decision making then I would like to talk to you :)
Accountabilities:
Client Relationship Management
Manage a key account portfolio. Clients based around the world, in a wide range of different industries.
Ensure assigned accounts are being managed, and Project Management is being fulfilled in the expected timeline.
Attend to, investigate and implement necessary actions to address concerns, or escalated issues.
Sales & Business Development
Specifically towards more HK based clients, so Traditional Chinese is a MUST for this role.
This is a Secondary focus so there will be consistent Sales training & mentoring done throughout to make sure that you're not daunted by the prospect - but you will be called upon to assist in this aspect of the role, so a willingness to 'Hunt' and develop relationships accordingly.

Salary
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
