Main requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a matchable position, preferably in a regulated industry so you are familiar with the appropriate characteristics
• Strong understanding of complex, technological products, ideally with engineering background
• Able to take strategic decisions, but still be hands-on to support the team in fast execution and delivery
• Startup product leader with a track record of shaping and executing strategies of disruptive products and services
• Extensive experience in web/mobile product management and familiar with not self-explanatory products and how to translate in an understandable customer language
• You are a good communicator, creative, out of the box-thinker and strongly solution-oriented
• Expert in managing product teams and agile product development processes
• Outstanding people management skills and experience in leading teams of 3+ employees including motivating and providing meaningful feedback to ensure growth and development of your employees
• Fluent in English *
