The first online e-tailer to introduce a Try it At Home service, and online stylist on hand for personal consultations, we will soon be moving into areas of augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR).
As marketing is our main mechanism for growth and expansion (and way to get our beautiful content in front of our customers) we seek an individual who is ready to bring us next level results towards our plans for aggressive growth and domination of the market.
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer, with practical knowledge and proven hands on ability in an ecommerce environment focusing on generating sales in our existing global markets (Hong Kong and Australia).

Responsibilities:
You will own the full customer marketing journey across all marketing channels, creating a seamless and end to end marketing experience through the whole buying cycle across multiple channels, devices, and all the markets we operate in.
Plan, formulate and execute strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through all our existing channels: Content Marketing, PPC (eg. Adwords), Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing, Remarketing (Facebook, AdRoll, GDN, etc), and Organic Search (we have strong in house expertise however you should have a good understanding of SEO best practices)
Constantly improve based on profitability and growth metrics, focusing on ROAS and ROI across each individual channel, as well as all channels combined
Identify and actively investigate high-potential new channels to test and incorporate into our broader acquisition plan
We live and breathe data, it plays a crucial role in everything we do. You will be responsible for understanding all the data coming in across all our channels, website, etc and putting this into meaningful reports which provide relevant insights and allow you and the rest of the team to take action.
As a company we are always automating everything we do so we can scale, improve our efficiency, and create and end customer experience like no other. You will be expected to automate as much of your role as you can, using software or other tools.
Work with the co-founders to evolve the marketing strategy for entire company
Build and own the company’s growth model to plan our growth to 10x, 30x, and 60x.
While 90% of the role is digital marketing, there may be instances where you will be required to manage/test offline channels
Own the company’s revenue goals, along with the co-founders
Strategize and execute A/B tests where applicable
Monitor competitors' trends and use actionable insights to further improve the companies digital marketing strategy
Requirements:
Being a fast growing startup you will have a high degree of autonomy and you will have the ability to take the lead, be proactive, and be able to work in an ever changing environment.
Must have ability to quickly understand different global markets, and pick up on culture nuances, we operate in Australia and Hong Kong already and are planning to launch in 3-4 new markets in the near future.
Ideally 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a performance driven brand or agency
Deep expertise in at least three or more areas (SEM, SEO, Facebook Advertising, Content Marketing, Content Partnership Social media).
Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in a fast - paced, tech company.
Strong background in multi-channel marketing strategies
Extensive experience and expertise in marketing analytics tools, and ability to create and run custom reports. At least 3 year experience with Google Analytics
Experience with cross device attribution and how to create a seamless customer experience across multiple devices and marketing channels
You have outstanding spoken and written English skills.
Must have high level understanding of marketing strategy and customer journey. This includes the different stages in the marketing funnel, messaging, etc
You should be a strong analytical thinker with attention to detail
Relentless focus on results
Strong interpersonal/communication skills and high level of strategic thinking.
Broad experience in marketing digital campaign development and execution.
