The Senior Manager supports ZomWork customers by developing and providing financial leadership for ZomWork’s cross-border business. This includes reporting; forecasting; strategizing; and providing operational advice for the best way to structure cross-border transactions; post-payment projects, and so on. The role is also expected to lead implementation of HR and Admin- with the help of outsourced agencies.

Responsibilities
• To build the company's financial management system, the development of financial accounting process, standardise tax administration, to issue the financial statements.
• Business Partnership: Effective bridging of local core team needs and HQ standards and processes. To assist the management in developing the company's development strategy; to manage financial processes on behalf of the head office, subject to the Group's overall financial management requirements, without prejudice to the interests of the company and shareholders.
• Responsible for the preparation of the company's annual budget and promote the implementation and analysis.
• P&L Analysis & Financial Modeling: Analyse results to understand performance against plan/forecast. Monitor trends and key levers, such as HC growth and vendor investment against plan/forecast assumptions. Perform ROI analysis. Recommend a course of action if risk is present.
• Month End Close: Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with SFRS.
• Provide financial advice with operational finance matters: best way to structure cross-border payments across talents and clients, for example; or how best to work with companies who request for post-payment.
• To lead implementation of HR processes and policies (with the help of outsourced vendors), including handbook; appraisal; payroll.
• To lead administrative functions especially with regards to claims; company purchases; and other such processes and forms.
Basic Qualifications
• More than four years of financial experience.
• Proficient in Singapore's local accounting standards, and China mainland accounting standards.
• Based in Singapore.
• Fluency in mandarin is required, as the Chinese team’s command of English is limited.
• Preferred background in digital businesses, or international trade and finance.
