    The Context

    In an international growing context (new clients, new projects), Sedona Hong Kong is now looking to expand its team. We would like to onboard a new Consultant to support client’s projects.

    The Mission

    The BI/BA team supports our client, a prestigious asset management group, on special projects and reporting (factsheets / term-sheets, performance reports).

    The job is composed of 2 parts:

    1. Data Analytics: Maintain and design the in-house data warehouse
      • Performance calculation setup
      • Funds key ratios calculation
      • Performance reconciliation

    2. Business Analytics / Business Intelligence: Technical development on fund reporting and automatization of reporting process

      • Gather business requirements and translate this into report developments including change specifications

      • Development, Support and UAT for new developments

      • Maintenance of reports, data warehouse and ETL

      • Functional end user support and training

    The Requirements

    • 1-3 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, Developer or BI role

    • Excellent skills on SQL, Database and Reporting tools (Crystal Report or equivalent)

    • Knowledge / interest in finance, ideally asset management and basic understanding of financial instruments

    • Very good communication skills and good team player

    • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
