Responsibilities
Manage and lead service sales team to achieve the Company’s budgets.
Generate sales revenue for maintenance including 3rd party maintenance and repair
sales of lifts and escalators, to achieve department’s budget in sales revenue and profitability.
Monitor and prepare contract renewal.
Prepare tender, contract, and quotation.
Negotiate on price and terms & conditions.
General monthly and adhoc reports.
Prepare annual sales budget and monthly forecast.
Handle any other adhoc
duties / tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales Engineering/
Technical/Marketing or equivalent.
Successful track record in sales or client account management.
Outstanding presentation skills, enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.
Preferably with own transport.
