Our flagship product PushAds allows small business owners to execute high optimized Digital Ads on Facebook, Google and Instagram in 4 steps and 60 seconds. Since our launch in 2016, we have delivered consistent revenue growth as well as results for our clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Japan. With our recent funding round, we are charting the course of the company’s growth over the next 3-5 years and beyond our Real Estate Platform (DREA.sg) as we scale into other industry verticals.

To support our growth, we are looking to hire 3 Business Management Associates.

The Role

This is a 18-month structured program designed to provide you with broad exposure to our business across different functional areas.

In the first 18 months, you will rotate across the following functions and serve as business partners to our operating teams.

• Sales and Business Development
• Product and Technology
• Partnership and Strategy

Thereafter, individuals who prove to be competent team-players will be promoted to Senior Managers to manage either one of these functions or to look after an entire industry platform.

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for individuals who are problem solvers and have the willingness and desire to achieve challenging outcomes under tight timelines.
• Candidates should ideally have between 1 – 2 years of work experience in a reputable company
• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance are also welcome to apply
• This role is available for Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only
