UpCode Academy is a programming school in Singapore teaching new technologies such as data science and driverless cars. We are a growing startup company with strong financial backing.

We are currently hiring a Ruby on Rails Developer to help us build our web application stack. You will be helping us tp build up tools for students to register for courses, retrieve course materials and submit assignments.

If you are a person who loves challenges and always seeking to find the best solution, we invite you to join us as the initial development team for a rare opportunity to contribute and grow with a startup. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for building and developing web services. You do not need to know Ruby on Rails as long as you already know another programming language. As an integral part of a small but growing team, you must possess the discipline to work independently and be able to focus on deliverables. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our platform meets the users’ expectations in availability, reliability, security and scalability.
