Job Responsibilities :
1) Secretarial and admin support for Head of Trusted Service
Management of calendar
• Assist in scheduling of both internal and external meetings, working closely with
stakeholders.
• Provide logistical support for companywide
and team activities such as business plan,
offsite meetings and training programmes.
• Coordinate meeting agenda item, booking of meeting rooms, sending out calendar invite,
circulation of discussion materials and to arrange refreshment etc.
AdminSupport
• Assist the Head of Trusted Services in the compilation of reports compilation and
preparation of presentation materials.
• Travel arrangements and travel expense claims
.
2) Office administrative support
• Maintain addresses and distribution lists in Outlook and telephone list
• Procure and manage office assets and equipment which include budgeting for new
assets/equipment and disposal.
• Coordinate the order of office stationery and manage inventory.
• Verify and manage approval of suppliers/vendors invoices.
• Filing of documents.
• Collect of mails for TMS Group.
• Liaise with Temasek Admin on onboarding/offboarding admin requirements
Job Requirements :
• Diploma, “A” Level or any equivalent qualifications.
• At least 35
years of relevant working experience in office administration and secretarial
support in a fast paced and dynamic organizations.
• Incumbent must possess an outgoing personality and with a high level of energy and initiative.
• Responsible & committed, meticulous, highly organised, and able to work independently.
• Strong in Microsoft Office: Word document and Powerpoint application.
