Job Description: 

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest;
• Use all available channels (email/social media/phone calls/etc) to identify and contact key decision makers in top level companies;
• Understand customer needs and requirements;
• Work closely with a senior sales manager/director to drive business deals forward;
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned duty;
• Work within the CRM to drive a data driven sales engine;
• Have a direct impact on the culture in the Taipei office as one of our initial hires into this team.

Requirements:

• New Graduates are highly encouraged;
• University degree in related fields;
• Inside sales experience is a plus;
• Fluency in Cantonese is also a plus
• A good exposure to the e-commerce society will be an advanatge;
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong phone presence and experience confidently owning the conversation;
• Should be creative about researching markets, identifying key players and generating lead;
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment;
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills;
• Preferably digital marketing related experience in a customer oriented position;
• Keen to learn and develop high quality sales techniques quickly.
