The account manager executes host related responsibilities to aid in the enhancements of host user engagement and performance. The position contributes to these enhancements by providing hand-on support, developing and applying new quality metrics for all existing and new hosts, as well as initiate new host account management projects for specific key accounts.

Major Responsibilities
Hosts Support and Quality Management (70%)
- Engaging and supporting new and existing host users
- Improve host response and engagement
- Improve listings content quality through cooperation with hosts
- Managing booking performance for all inbound bookings
- Coordinate with operations on booking related issues between hosts and guests
- Assisting with setting up scheduled host engagement meet-ups and other related activities
- Acquire more listings from existing hosts and their referrals

Direct Host Management (30%)
- Assisting key host account users with managing accounts
- Providing consultation and support to key hosts with calendar and seasonal rates management
- Providing advice and recommendations on any considerations for channel management partnerships to the Business Development department

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum Business-level command of the English language
• Business or Native level command of Chinese
• Startup mentality and a strong desire to learn new skills.
• minimum 2 years in account management
• Self-starter and a strong team player.
• Ready to change and disrupt the industry.
