Requirements

 

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering or a related subject.  Additional training will be provided for non-CS graduates with an interest in becoming a Security Engineer.

• Experience and/or interest in building and maintaining security system and technical knowledge of database and operating system security

• Experience and/or interest in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc

• Experience and/or interest in network technologies and system, security, and network monitoring tools

• Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols

• Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication skills in English and Japanese and the ability to work effectively in small and large teams

Working location: Tokyo or other office within Japan
