At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or Human Resources with experience working in an outsourcing environment.
At least 2 years’ of handson customer service contact centre experience Candidate who possess a CoPC certified is preferred.

Analytical, numerical inclined and meticulous with eye for details
Strong command of written and verbal English communication skills
