• Promote and support the expansion and development of the ELCAT product lines
and accessories through sales to the water market via channel partners (OEM,
systems integrators and EPCs) in SEA region.
• Identifies target markets and applications for sales growth for the appropriate
product area for each partner.
• Manages channel partner approval process
• Responsible for setting of annual targets per partner and quarterly reviews of
progress against targets. Meeting sales targets. Developing and maintaining
relationships with channel partners,
• Responsible for gaining ELCAT product specification in some strategic key accounts
in SEA region.
• Accountable for ensuring that all technical information on ELCAT product lines is
available to our channel partners directly or via online
Partner Portal.
• Supports customer meetings as requested by and in support of our partners.
• Manage actual and potential channel conflicts.
• Develops channel partner tools for promoting the organization’s capabilities to
targeted markets in conjunction with the sales and marketing communications teams.
• Assists channel partners with direct product promotion and marketing support in
hard and soft copy (websites etc).
• Is accountable for the resolution of warranty or defect returns from our partners in
conjunction with Service and the Returns Policy in force with each partner.

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sufficient relevant and current
experience with water treatment technologies in a technical sales and support/service
environment. Fluent spoken and written English language skills are essential.

The candidate must be able to demonstrate strong motivation to work effectively in a
remote location away from an office.
The position will necessitate significant international travel through the SEA region and
occasionally elsewhere.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering
(Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering Chemical,
Engineering Environmental/
Health/Safety or equivalent.
