Our B&Q Service Supervisors manage large teams of Customer Advisors within our stores to ensure we can offer confident and relevant advice to all our customers, ensuring they leave B&Q with everything they need to get the job done and a renewed enthusiasm for their home improvement project.
Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach and develop your team will be essential to this role. You’ll need a genuine passion for home improvement and for providing our customers with an inspirational shopping environment.
We need our Supervisors to be flexible about when they work, covering store opening hours on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
