Job Responsibilities Plan and implement overall marketing strategies to boost user acquisition and drive sales in all markets Plan and implement campaigns across multiple online channels to drive short-term and long-term results Gather and analysis market trends and customer behaviors Coordinate with all functions of marketing to ensure efficient deliveries Diligently explore and follow through potential partnerships with external parties where synergies arise Work closely with global team to ensure consistency with global communication strategy Familiar with travel related products specifically on activities, tours, attractions, and transportation in Asia Regular KPI report review and campaign performance analysis with Global Partnership Director Own all aspects of traffic, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability Regular Prioritization of workload in line with targets and opportunities Requirements At least one year of related working experience is preferred Experience in business development/sales/pitching sponsorship Familiar with startups, airlines, banks, hotel, entertainment for local and global partnership Excellence in negotiation and interpersonal communication skills Challenge takers with a proactive and positive attitude Proficiency in English is required and in Chinese is preferred
