Engage our business stakeholders, understand business requirements and implement feasible supply chain solutions
Translate business requirements to product features, align with key stakeholders
Prioritize product features with facts and/or data; balance business impact, technical feasibility, user experience and implementation schedule
Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure the technical solutions are properly designed and able to meet business requirements
Develop User Acceptance Test scenarios, coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing
Support successful implementation by providing user manual/trainings
Plan product roadmap based on the business goals
Take a lead program management role on multi-team supply chain projects

Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing

Flexible and adaptive, with a willingness and attitude to learn and understand product
Distinctive problem-solving, collaboration, and analytical skills
Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment
Flexible to travel for business trips
Experience in supply chain management, i.e. procurement, logistics, warehouse, is desirable
