【Responsibility】
- Handling day to day support and service requests from our business customers including Asian and Europe Financial institutional clients
- Assisting for FIX connection, white- labels system questions and so on
- Tracking and following up on bugs and issues with our developers
- Maintaining the processes and tools required to get the job done
- Working from 14:00(GMT+8) till 22:00
- Collaborating with team members in USA , Asia

【Requirements】
- BS degree in CS, MIS or related technical field
- 2+ years experience of customer technical support
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools (e.g., Java, Javascript, API)
- Fluent level of English communication
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast pace environment
【Preferred】
- Knowledge of finance or expertise in the financial sector is a plus
- Experience in FIX connection and trading protocols would be a plus
