Gandi Asia Co. Ltd, located In Neihu in Taipei City is managing domain names (globally 2.5 million of them, which puts us among the top 15 worldwide). Besides Taipei, our offices are in Paris, San Francisco and Luxembourg. We have been in Taipei since 2014 and are looking to expand our Customer care team!

Gandi has a unique and wonderful customer base. Nearly all our customers are referrals, since we do not advertise, so we know the importance of happy customers! Our support team is where we make that happen. We are hiring motivated, creative, bright, and sassy individuals that are passionate about helping others manage their presence online.

Your skills

We aren't looking for a lot of experience for this position. In fact, we don't want the tech wizards, rather the tech wizarding pupils! You just need to be familiar with the internet, know what a domain name is and that a web host is not a person who raises spiders. Our training program will teach you all the rest. You are fluent in Japanese and good in writing and understanding English.

Annual salary (540,000) in this offer is provided for reference only and negotiable, as well as depending on experience.
