- Project management for AOEM product to lead cross-functional activities from NPI phases into Mass Production 

- Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

- As a bridge to communicate between AOEM customer and cross function team 

- Stay on top of project technical issue tracking and problem solving 

- Prioritize the project task to allocate proper resource and avoid the project risk 

- Support RFQ and Bidding activity

Requirements

- Japanese N1 

- Project management with cross-functional team coordination and communication skill 

- Quick learner on new knowledge with good analysis ability 

- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing and can handle cross-site meeting independently 

- Experience in Automotive OEM product development is preferred. 

- Must be willing to travel international
